Mini Happiness Guarantee
We want your mini to be happy! We offer a 30-day satisfaction window from the date of purchase to initiate a request. This means we'll refund the purchase price of your first order in full except the original shipping cost. We offer returnless refunds in most cases for minimal carbon emissions. If our team requires a physical return to evaluate an issue, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no charge.
To start a request
You can log into your account to initiate self-start return under your order history, or email us at hello@minibaby.us with:
- Your order number and proof of purchase
- The specific product name(s)
- A brief description of the issue
We reserve the right to limit and/or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or as otherwise permitted by law.
Quality Issues
Contact us immediately at hello@minibaby.us if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you notice any unusual product separation, texture, or odor during use, stop use immediately and email us so we can fix it right away.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once return is approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to post the funds. If it has been over 15 business days, reach out to us at hello@minibaby.us.
